In the UK, we structured a unique supply chain system to export fresh and frozen organic poultry to Qatar and Bahrain. We succeed to deliver the products with the highest possible shelf-life and meet all market entry requirements.

In the US, we designed a unique supply chain system to export frozen organic poultry to Kuwait and Bahrain. We trained all our client’s production, sales and documentation teams for almost a year to issue the right certificate acceptable for Kuwait authority. We also coordinate between all different plants, haulage and shipment to make this export happen.

In Norway, we exerted an integrated logistic solution to reduce the retail price of Norwegian organic salmon and untapped the Kuwait market for the first time.

In Australia, we helped our client to design new sets of organic lamb and beef sausages and burgers to export to Kuwait, Qatar and UAE.
